KINETICS

Muscle Activation, Course Basic level (27-28 August)

It offers you the possibility to develop and integrate basic skills of muscle activation in your profession as a massage therapist but also as a Pilates  teacher or personal trainers. Kinetics is a study program to work with neuromuscular function and neuromuscular communication

This course will allow you to identify the muscles that contract inadequately through muscle tests and improve their function through specific muscle calibration movements

During the muscle activation course you will understand the functioning of the neuromuscular system and its interaction with physical exercise in a very different way. You will learn to identify the muscles that contract inadequately and improve their function. It will allow you to monitor muscle function in a systematic way, which is indispensable in order to design appropriate training programs for each of your clients.

Description

KINETICS

Kinetics is a muscular activation technique, In this course you stop being a masseur and become a therapist, you no longer work in a subjective way according to your client’s pain points, you work with a work protocol, where you learn to analyze more than 30 muscles and to activate them according to their specific biomechanics,
In our work we find tense muscles that break the body’s balance and we usually work on them by stretching and massaging. With this course we will understand that many times this muscle is doing a function in the physiology of incorrect movement: For example, if the medial gluteal muscle is not active in the external rotation of the hip, that function will be taken by the pyriformis and with time, it will be painful and tense. This course offers you the possibility to develop and integrate basic skills of muscle activation in your profession as a personal trainer, masseur, sports masseur, Pilates teacher
The muscle activation will allow you to identify the muscles that contract inadequately through muscle tests and improve their function through muscle calibration of movement and the relation beetwen muscles and nervious sistems;

You will be able to start getting results with your clients from first moment
